I am currently represnting a maintenance comapny based in London who are currently in search for a Mobile Commercial Plumber to join their growing team. The successful candidate will provide both installation and maintenance works.

As a business they do everything from Plumbing, Commercial gas, Electrical and mechanical works 

They mainly work on mixed used development conracts, high-end residential contracts as well as commercial plant rooms.

THE ROLE :

Mobile Commercial Plumber

Working on a mobile basis all within the M25 Orbital carrying out :

General plumbing including emergency call out rota works to commercial and domestic clients.
Hot and cold water systems
Changing Pumps, Motors, Vessels, Valves
Isolating pipework
TMV Maintenance and repair
Installing Pipework
Changing Taps, Toilets, Sinks
Fixing leaks
Plantroom Refurbishment works
Risk Assessments
PACKAGE :

£42/45k basic salary
Company Van & Fuel Card
PPE
Call out 1 in 5 £100 standby
24 days holiday + bank holidays
Bupa Healthcare after 6 months
