Job Title: Executive Assistant (Mobile)
Location: Cheshire, Oxford, Cambridge Areas
Salary: £18 - £20 p/hr (DOE)
Shifts: Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00hrs (Hybrid)
Contract : Temporary (until end Jan 2025)
Established in 1992, our client is the UK’s leading provider of land, supporting infrastructure and regeneration projects with offices London, Birmingham, Warrington, Leeds, Glasgow, and Dublin.
We are currently recruiting for 4 x Executive Assistants, to work in the Cheshire, Oxford & Cambridge areas, supporting projects that will run through until the end of January 2025.
This role will start ASAP – ideally starting Monday 25th November.
You will be attending various sites, attending landowner meetings with Surveyors and taking notes from conversations held.
Due to the nature of the role, your must hold a valid UK driving licence, have your own vehicle with Business Insurance cover (or be willing to add this onto your current policy)
You will receive milage allowance of £0.45p per mile.
As the Executive Assistant, your duties will be: -
* Taking minutes and capturing actions from landowner meetings in person
* Responsible for general administration
* Supporting with diary management
* Arranging meetings with landowners and client meetings
* Manage communications via email and phone.
The successful Executive Assistant, will have the following skills: -
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages – Word, Excel
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Professional phone manner
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Systems – Notes can be taken on word or handwritten they will then be uploaded to a bespoke system used by the client – training would be received on this.
Important Information
* Need own car and business insurance.
* Mileage Allowance paid - 45p per mile.
* 2 to 3 days on site taking notes and 2 days working from home.
* 40 hrs per week /8 hr day
* You will be paid from the moment you leave your house i.e door to door.
* There are no meetings in the two weeks around Christmas, therefore this would be remote working
