SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager

SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager required join a project in Oxfordshire area. (travelling around different sites)

Dealing with :

H&S inspections
cheking RAMS
2 large AMP8 projects (£5-20m)
Some smaller activities
Some legacy AMP7 projects
Ability to manage full portfolio of people (Designers, planners, PMs, Agents etc)
Competent in delivering large schemes
Checking permits
project coordinationPay rate is £400 / per day; paid weekly CIS

Must have:

SMSTS
WATER / WASTE EXPERIENCE
GOLD / BLACK CSCS / WHITE CSCS
FIRST AID

3 months initially, possibility for going permanent.

You must have at least 6 years of experience.
