Role Overview:

As a Junior Land Buyer, you will be part of an established team, supporting the acquisition of land opportunities for new housing developments. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in the property and construction sectors who is looking to gain invaluable experience and grow their career in land purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and evaluating land opportunities for development.
Work closely with senior land buyers and other departments to carry out due diligence and feasibility studies.
Support the negotiation process with landowners and agents.
Help prepare reports, market analysis, and land purchase proposals.
Contribute to strategic land acquisition initiatives across the region.
Maintain and manage key relationships with landowners, agents, and stakeholders.
Keep up to date with local market trends, planning policies, and development opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

A degree in Real Estate, Planning, Geography, or a related field is highly desirable, but not essential.
Previous experience in a land acquisition or property development environment is advantageous but not required.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An interest in residential development and land buying processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
