Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing your own niche market, focusing on the growing technology industry in Ireland. Your main responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and headhunting candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of candidates for current or future job openings
Staying informed about industry trends, providing market insight and managing expectations (of both your clients and candidates)
Building and maintaining relationships and generating new leads
Representing your candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews and providing appropriate feedback
Ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and making successful placements for both the candidate and client

About You

Confident, resilient, professional and financially driven
Eager to learn and strong communication skills to build rapport
Perform best in busy sales environment, working towards targets
Sales experience is desirable

The Package

Competitive base salary (£24,000-£30,000 depending on experience)
Industry-leading commission scheme - this is uncapped, and is paid to you monthly
