This local practice is looking to recruit a part-time assistant bookkeeper to join the accounts team. “Working form home basis” 15 – 20 hours per week flexible.
The role
* Working as part of a small friendly team
* Day-to-day bookkeeping duties
* Processing sales invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation
* Weekly payment run reports/monthly VAT
* Payroll processing
* PAYE journals
* Credit card payments
* Credit control reporting/liaising with customers regarding invoices
Skills
* Ideally, you would have worked in a similar position with at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
* Good working knowledge of SAGE or similar
* Excellent people skills
* Adaptable & Reliable
