Career Teachers are on the lookout for a committed and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive team in Hyde, Greater Manchester. This role is available for an immediate start on a permanent, full-time basis. It's an exciting opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, contributing to a positive learning environment and making a meaningful difference in children's education.

Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across KS2
Providing 1:1 or small group support to students who may need additional help with their learning
Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Contributing to the planning and preparation of learning activities and materials
Helping monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
Promoting the social and emotional well-being of all pupilsThe ideal Learning Support Assistant will have:

Have prior experience working with primary-aged children
Be passionate about supporting children's education and well-being
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be flexible, patient, and willing to work as part of a team
