Salary: £32,000.00 + bonus

Monday to Friday 06.00 - 14.00 or 14.00 - 22.00 shifts available

Summary:
This expanding retailer is looking to recruit a proactive Team Leader to support the Shift Manager within this busy distribution centre. You will need to have proven people management skills and able to develop, lead and mentor team members whilst delivering operational efficiency and maintaining KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Motivate, coach and develop a team of warehouse colleagues
Conduct regular team meetings
Deliver an effective shift handover to the next team
Maintaining set KPIs and reporting the status to the Shift Manager
Drive best Health and Safety practice
Review and develop warehouse practices to maximise efficiency
Experience:

Previous supervisory experience and able to lead, develop and discipline a team
Sound knowledge of warehouse management systems
Previous experience from within a distribution environment
Excellent analytical skills
Thorough understanding of cost management and reportsProcessing Your Data
