Evergood Primary care team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 7 Ward Pharmacist to join our team for a contract in the North West of England. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible, for a minimum duration of three months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting medication reviews and providing clinical pharmacy services to the ward.

* Ensuring the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines.

* Advising medical and nursing staff on the selection and appropriate use of medications.

* Monitoring patient medication regimens and making necessary adjustments.

* Educating patients and their families about medications and their proper use.

Requirements:

* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

* Previous experience in a hospital setting, preferably at Band 7 level.

* Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
