StaffCo Direct are operating as an employment business and actively recruiting for Class 1 Drivers for a company based in South Elmsall.

We are looking for highly motivated Class 1 Day & Night Drivers with valid licenses, who can take on the company’s ethos and assist us in the support of our client’s day-to-day operation.

Remuneration (Umbrella Rates):

Monday to Friday Days – £21.67

Monday to Friday Nights – £25.66

Saturday – £22.84

Sunday – £26.82

Responsibilities:

This will involve driving box trailers doing between 3 -5 drops per shift.
Some drops may include handball with others being forklift off.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
Start times available around the clock.

Experience/Skills & Competencies:

HGV1/ LGV1 UK-issued License is required (Must have license for at least 12 months)
Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
Experience driving container loaded trailers
Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
Great communication skills
Professional attitude
