The Firm
Our client, a well-established law firm based in the Enfield are seeking a Post Completion Assistant to join their busy team.
The Opportunity
The successful Post Completion Assistant will be a highly organised and diligent individual who has excellent attention to detail. You will need to have a positive "can do" attitude and maintain a friendly and professional attitude within the firm. Duties to include:
Completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
Setting up Stamp Duty Land Tax payments
Completing and submitting Land Registry applications
Liaising with fee earners to address Land Registry requisitions
Obtaining policy certificates
Drafting letters to lenders to notify of completion of registration
Scanning documents
Renewing land registry priority searches
General support to the conveyancing departmentThis Post Completion Assistant is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm
Requirement
Post Completion experience (desirable)
