MEP Manager – Residential
Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them an exciting name in the UK construction scene. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects.
They are now looking for a MEP Manager to join their team on a large residential project in Stapleford and oversee the MEP package.
Their ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 5+ years MEP Manager experience gained with main contractors or specialist sub-contractors.
* Previous residential project experience.
* Electrical biased is preferred, but mechanical bias will also be considered.
* Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline.
The role can be offered on a permanent or contract basis – salary / rate is negotiable on experience, but will be competitive.
