My client is a main contractor who work across commercial, industrial, logstics and majore retail parks. They are looking for a freelance Site Manager for a project which is ongoing in Woodley, Berkshire.

Project & Role

My client is building a £20m Multi Unit Business Park comprising of steel frame construction, car parking, landscaping and access road.

We are looking for a strong all round Site Manager to oversee all aspects of the build from groundworks, steel frame construction, Fit Out, Cladding, MEP. The role will report into a Senior Project Manager.

Requirements

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid

* Full UK Driving Licence / Access to a car

* Energetic / Enthusiastic and dependable person

* Ideally experience of working on projects of a similar nature

Rate

* £270-£280pd - CIS/PAYE Umbrella
