An exciting Architect opportunity has arisen for a talented Architect to join a leading AJ100 Multi-Disciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consultancy based in Sheffield. This role offers the chance to contribute to the design and delivery of large-scale, purpose-built student accommodation projects across the UK, working from RIBA Stages 3-6.

The Role
We are seeking an Architect with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience who is either already leading projects or ready to step into a leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enhance their expertise in student accommodation and large-scale residential projects while playing a key role in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and supporting projects from RIBA Stages 3-6.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Coordinating technical design and on-site project delivery.
Ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with regulations.
Engaging with clients and contributing to relationship management.
Utilising REVIT as the primary design tool (training available for those with foundational skills).Key Requirements:
ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in the residential, commercial, retail, or leisure/hospitality sectors (experience in student accommodation is advantageous but not essential).
Strong technical and design skills, with experience delivering projects on-site.
Proficiency in REVIT (AutoCAD experience is also beneficial).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience managing and coordinating teams.What's on Offer?
