Our leading Cupar based client require an Administrator to join their busy team to cover holidays and absence for a 4 week period.
Your key duties will be:
Answering and transferring calls
General administration work
Basic account/purchase order duties if required You must have the following key skills and experience:
Strong administration experience in an office environment using Microsoft office
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The confidence to answer and direct calls
Experience using an accounts package would advantageous but not essential i.e XERO The role requires you to start immediately and the ours will be Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
You will receive an hourly rate of £11.50ph PAYE .
