Residential Childcare Worker

Contract: Temporary / Ad Hoc – full and part time hours available.

Location: Edinburgh, Midlothian, West Lothian and East Lothian.

Salary: £12.50p/h - £23.08p/h PAYE, depending on qualifications and experience.

21 HSC are looking to recruit a number of sessional Residential Childcare Workers for various services across Edinburgh and the Lothians. We have all types of shifts available – early, late, long day, waking night and sleepovers.

Qualifications and Experience:

* You must have minimum of 1 year experience working with children & young people ideally within a residential setting and/or experience working with young people with additional support needs.

* Ideally you will possess an SVQ 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) and your HNC in Social Services or equivalent. Or you must be willing to work towards these qualifications.
