Our client, an International company based in Elstree requires a Service Desk Co-ordinator

As a Service Desk Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all email in the inbox and telephone enquiries.

Duties include:

Complete and send weekly reports

Update Portal with ETA's at the end of each day.

Maintain live open call reports for specific customers.

Complete and send BP KPI reports.

Working hours 9am-5.30pm.

1 weekend per month to be worked (with days off in the week) or take as overtime.
