We are seeking an experienced engineer to repair and maintain a range of domestic appliances, including cookers, washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, and other electrical items in customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of white goods appliances.
Ensure first-time fix where possible by maintaining a well-stocked van.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Take card payments from customers as required.
Travel to the Tamworth head office once or twice per week. Requirements:
Previous experience as a White Goods Engineer is essential.
Electrical qualifications preferred (e.g., 17th/18th Edition).
CCN1 certification would be advantageous.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to stocking and maintaining van inventory.
