We are looking for an experienced People Adviser to join the busy People and Culture team at Abingdon and Witney College. The role is focussed upon managing operational HR activity including performance management, attendance & welfare management, discipline and grievance across the College.

Working with the People Operations Manager and People & Culture team, you will ensure a pro-active approach to all HR issues. The role involves providing consistent and timely employment advice to line managers, including coaching and advising on college processes and policies. A good up to date understanding of employment law and HR best practice are key requirements as is attention to detail and strong communication skills.
