This is a lovely, broad administration role working for a friendly, busy office team. The position will suit an experienced administrator and will be to support managers and employees through a variety of tasks and ensure the efficient operation of the office
Your role will involve:
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Timely issue of Policy Documents
* Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Developing and maintaining a filing system
* Issuing renewal quotes
* Assist New Business Development with social media administration
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
* Proven administrative or assistant experience
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
