Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs & Maintenance Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Leeds.

What the job will be doing

* Lead and manage repairs, maintenance and assets team

* Responsive repairs and planned investment

* Ensure delivery of housing management services meeting customer expectations, regulatory standards, legislation and organisations financial & service delivery targets

* Management of stock condition surveys

What you will need

* Experience in managing a team and multiple years of experience in similar position

* Track record of delivering repairs & maintenance for residential properties

* Experience in budget prep and manging
