Job Description
We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our projects team. Reporting to the Senior Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and project support to the team.
This diverse role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a large team to deliver a nationally significant infrastructure project and will include opportunities to develop and enhance your personal and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
Assist with the project external and internal communications process and the preparation of marketing collateral.
Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and prepare draft-meeting minutes.
Administer site badging and meet with or direct visitors to assist in getting them to the appropriate site location.
Maintain various project/vehicle logs, including vendor insurance, daily reports, rental equipment, and material purchase and utilization logs.
Collect weekly/monthly/quarterly data for reporting.
Prepare shipments and overnight packets.
Maintain records, create and maintain charts, graphs, spreadsheets and databases.
Draft correspondence, proofread documents, and assist with preparation of presentations.
Work in a manner to ensure personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies.
Various other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1+ years’ experience in an office administration role.
Experience in management support.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
Advanced diary management, planning, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organisational and time management skills.

Must be a good time keeper. This job is a full-time role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
This is a office based role working with the management team at the head office at Lingley Mere, Warrington
