Customer Success Advisor required in Northampton
£27,000 basic + OTE of £13,000
Monday to Friday only
Our client, an expanding Automotive provider is seeking a personable and customer centric Customer Success Advisor (CSA) to join their family-run centre today.
Your main responsibility will be delivering a positive customer journey. You’ll be engaging with business owners in a friendly manner and handle each query with expert care and efficiency. There will also be opportunity to earn yourself additional salary through upselling and customer efficiency.
Your responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls to and answering queries and requests
* Assisting business owners maximizing their system
* Assisting existing customers with account queries such as renewal requests and other administrative tasks
* Pitching further products and upsales to existing customers
* Liaising with multiple internal teams to further develop client relations and support
The successful candidate will have:
* A personable personality and make sure each interaction with clients is proactive and leaves no stonr unturned
* Great time management and multitasking skills to be able to adapt to our customer’s needs
* To be a self-starter taking ownership of your customers, whilst collaborating with your team to reach group targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional manner
* The ability to "think outside the box" and have the confidence to put forward ideas, often to other departments, to help us improve our processes
* To be able to adapt to the growth of an ambitious company. You’ll take new products, customers groups and processes in your stride
You must possess previous experience within a busy Customer Service role – experience within the Automotive sector would be beneficial but not essential.
