Homelessness Prevention Team Leader - 6 months - Kent - Hybrid

A close client of mine has reached out to myself to assist them in their search for a Housing Options Team Leader to join their team on an interim basis for the course of 6 months.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

Previous experience in:

Proven experience in a similar role, within the Public Sector at another local authority.
Maintaining detailed, evidence based records using attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strengthen internal and external partnerships, contributing to service innovation and best practices.
Oversee homelessness prevention, assessment services, and rehousing, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.

Your roles and responsibilities would include:

lead and manage a team of housing options officers and housing assistants
Help and be involved in crucial decisions within the council for the Housing Options team.
