Must have experience within an automated production environment
Responsible for the overall performance of production within the site
Providing technical support to the wider business
People management, training, 121’s, appraisals, managing performance
Must be able to identify and understand where production gaps of knowledge there are consistently driving positive change
Managing reports and documentation in the right manner
Coordinating tasks, repairs and maintenance with the team
Involved in production meetings
Responsible for ensuring that SOP’s are followed by the team
Ensuring that hygiene and cleanliness standards are adhered to
Proven successes of leading, managing and developing teams
Strong communication skills are a must for this role About Us
