My client are looking for an Estimator/QS to join the team!

This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, great with numbers, and ready to take on the challenge of preparing accurate project costs while keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Breaking down project specs, drawings, and documents to work out detailed cost estimates.

* Spotting potential risks and ensuring everything’s accounted for in your forecasts.

* Teaming up with project managers, and others to gather all the info you need.

* Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and labour costs to keep estimates sharp.

* Keeping an eye on project budgets and helping to control costs to hit targets.

* Pulling together clear and concise reports and presentations for management.

* Jumping into client meetings to discuss project details and make sure everyone’s on the same page.

What We’re Looking For:

* A sharp eye for detail and great analytical skills.

* Confidence with cost control tools and techniques.

* Top-notch communication skills, whether it's emails, reports, or chats with the team.

* A team player who’s happy to collaborate and share ideas.

* Organised and able to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

* Comfortable using estimating and project management software.
