Description

Facilitate the candidate generation process within the Human Resources department
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand role requirements
Identify potential candidates through various channels
Pre-screen candidates to assess their suitability
Coordinate interviews and handle relevant follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of all candidates and recruitment activities
Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and procedures
Assist in other HR-related duties as requiredProfile

A successful HR Officer should have:
