About the Role
As a Trainee Health & Safety Advisor, you will assist the Health & Safety team in delivering key safety projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture across all construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the development of a positive Health & Safety culture across all projects.

Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and best practices.

Help create measurement systems to track Health & Safety performance.

Work closely with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers on safety-related matters.

Conduct site inspections and audits, gaining hands-on experience in safety assessments.

Represent company values in interactions with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Some form of construction experience is essential – this could be on-site experience, working with contractors, or exposure to construction safety practices.
✔ A passion for Health & Safety and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
✔ Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
✔ A full UK driving license – as some site travel may be required.
