We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Finance Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a strong desire to drive business success through strategic financial insights.

Responsibilities

Provide support to improve financial processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure the delivery of accurate, relevant, and timely data to drive business decisions.

Support Operations by providing commercial insights to enhance performance and drive growth.

Contribute to ad-hoc projects from a financial perspective, demonstrating agility and adaptability.

Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with operational leads and their teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Utilize specialized knowledge in Finance or Business Partnering to deliver impactful results.

Possess a professional qualification in Risk, Auditing, or Accountancy, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications

Desirable Qualificationa and Experience:

Professional qualification in Risk, Auditing, or Accountancy

Experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
