Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 1 pupils.

* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

* Monitor and support students' progress through regular assessments.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.

* Promote and uphold the school’s values, safeguarding policies, and high standards of behaviour.

* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

* A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1.

* Enthusiastic and passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children.

* Ability to plan and differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.

* Strong communication skills and a team player.

* A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

* An understanding of the importance of safeguarding and child protection.
