Financial Controller – Swanley, Kent – £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are recruiting for a talented Financial Controller to join a dynamic company based in Swanley, Kent. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading supplier of sustainable and organic products, offering a competitive salary of £65,000 along with a strong benefits package.

You will be responsible for managing the finance function of a growing business with multiple locations across the UK, with the opportunity to progress to a senior leadership role within the company (the FD will be retiring in the next 6 months). This office-based position offers significant scope for career growth in an exciting and innovative industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts, overseeing financial reporting and analysis.
Manage budgets and forecasts across multiple business sites.
Support operational teams with financial insights to improve business performance.
Process journals and oversee payroll, depreciation, stock management, and more.
Collaborate with site managers across the UK to ensure accurate reporting and cost control.
What Experience is Required:

Proven experience at Financial Controller or Finance Manager level.
Strong knowledge of Sage and the ability to manage complex financial date.
Experience of working within businesses in the £10mn to £25mn region.
ACCA or CIMA qualification essential
