We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing construction and property consultancy at their brand new office in Leeds.

As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the success of the consultancy, working closely with clients to manage costs and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting construction and property projects, collaborating with a talented team of surveyors and project managers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in quantity surveying, with a strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project delivery. You will be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and progression.
