Small but successful family run business, looking for a bookkeeper to join their Broughty Ferry based team on a 10hr permanent contract.

10hrs per week to be worked between the hours of 9-5 M-F

£15 - £16 per hour depending on experience

Working fully office based, home working is not available for this role

Duties and Responsibilities:

Purchase ledger
Sales ledger
Bank reconciliations
Raising POs
Invoice management
Expense processing
Payroll
VAT returns
Managing energy suppliers
Populating sales spreadsheets for forecasting and budgeting
End of quarter accounts
Systems used with be Sage Accounting
Main point of contact for the external AccountantWhat makes you the perfect candidate for the job:

Bookkeeping experience
Sage Accounting systems experience preferred but not essential
Ability to work well in a small team
High attention to detail
