SG Personnel was formed in 2013 and is a highly reputable recruitment agency based in Sunderland. We are currently looking to employ an individual to assist in growing the business and engage with manufacturing and distribution companies within the North East.
The purpose of the role is to work and partner with existing clients delivering both reactive and planned recruitment services to a range of manufacturing sectors in the region.
The successful candidate must have the following experience and attributes:
* Minimum 24 months in a similar role in recruitment or experience in delivering fast turn around services in a business to business environment. For those candidates without the above, a proven track record of success, stability and talent in your chosen field.
* Ambition to further your career within the company
* Superb organisation skills
* First class communication skills; verbal and written
* Highly driven to succeed with a hands on approach
* Professional, transparent and an example setter to the team
* Ability to commit to occasional work outside of standard office hours when needed
This is an excellent opportunity, with full training and input provided, with a company in the sector who are well regarded and established.
The successful applicant must drive and have their own car, due to the requirement of visiting clients on site
