We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client, a leading technology specialist in Chesham. The position will be working as part of the Admin Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and being the
first point of contact, will provide a first rate service to customers and suppliers.
ROLE:
* Answering and transferring calls and welcoming visitors.
* Arranging customer collections and deliveries.
* Arranging site visits.
* Administrative duties and timesheet processing.
* General clerical duties; copying and scanning documents.
* Logging calls in the Company’s system.
* Ordering supplies for the day-to-day running of the office.
* Assisting the Commercial Team with commercial ordering and processing.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Accurate fast keyboard skills
* Good level of verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent approach to people
* Eye for detail
Full time office based.
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
