Factory Operative, Days or Nights Shift, up to £30,000 per annum, Shaftesbury

Purpose

As a Factory Operative, you will play a key role in food manufacturing and production, working on the production line to meet client-specific requirements. You will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be adept at understanding and utilising machinery efficiently.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Factory Operative will include:

Operating machinery on the production line
Loading and unloading materials
Ensuring health & safety protocols are followed at all times
Meeting production deadlines
Performing regular maintenance checks
Background

The successful Factory Operative will have:

Previous experience in food manufacturing and production
Proficiency in operating machinery within a manufacturing environment
The ability to work to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Effective oral and written communication skills
Residence within a sensible distance to our customer’s site, as relocations will not be considered
