Role - Estimating required HVAC on commercial projects. Products include air-conditioning, VRF / VRV, hybrid air conditioning, chillers and commercial heat pumps. You will survey building, calculate required systems by making heat, load and pressure drop calculations and then select and quote from a comprehensive portfolio of HVAC systems.
Benefits - £32,000 - £42,000 base salary + £4k bonus, 37 hrs a week, hybrid work from site, home and office, healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 27 days holiday + bank holidays and career progression typically every 2 years due to company size.
Experience - Hands on HVAC or already off the tools HVAC industry candidates are eligible but you must have HVAC knowledge and experience. HVAC or Engineering qualifications are desirable particularly if you have already touched upon design and selection of heating and cooling central plant systems. A degree is not required but please still apply if you wish to focus purely on HVAC systems. If you are an HVAC Engineer with a bias towards installations and you want to get off the tools then please apply as this would be of great interest.

Due to winning a number of further large contracts in the South West they are now looking for a Trainee Junior HVAC Estimator to join their expanding installation team. The projects you will estimate, specify and quote for include office buildings, schools, hotels, hospitals, retail shops, restaurants, university’s, MOD, airports and new build multi-residential tower block developments.
