Service Maintenance Planner

Proactive Global is hiring for experienced Service Maintenance Planner for a leading manufacturing organization based in Chiswick Location. Candidates must have previous planning, administration experience from maintenance/manufacturing background ideally from Railways/industrial background.

This is a Permanent Position.

Shift Timings : Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm

Pay rate : £35-38k per annum

Roles and responsibilities:

Candidates will be planning and raising permits for site work including attendance at regular client planning meetings and managing Computerised Maintenance management systems.
Coordinating and issuing reports via Maximo maintenance management software - including reporting against KPIs
Actively involved in the Companies H&S and Quality Systems
Experience of being a Service Planner / Administrator in a railway or other regulated environment
