Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (30 mins unpaid lunch)

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our client’s team in Coldmeece, Staffordshire on a permanent basis! The successful candidate will be responsible for all panel repairs, ensuring that vehicles are repaired to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality and customer satisfaction of the bodyshop services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Stripping and re-fitting all makes of cars.

* Pulling and dressing panels in preparation for filler work.

* Rectifying all sizes of repairs.

* Working with different materials, such as plastics and metals.

* Ensuring that the preparation of all cars leaving the bodyshop is completed to a high standard.

* Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Previous experience as a Panel Beater in a similar working environment.

* Understanding of repair techniques for all makes of cars.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good communication skills.
