We currently have a vacancy for a motivated team player to join our company as a Patient Services
Co-ordinator working within our Orthotic Services at Central London Community Hospitals (CLCH) and Stanmore Royal National Orthopedic Hospital (RNOH).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, patient appointment schedule, orthotic ordering and delivery and collection of orthotic goods across various clinical sites.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
* To assist with the provision of the day-to-day operational management of patient administration and provide support to our clinical team at CLCH.
* Accept and receipt referrals in a timely manner and provide a timely orthotics appointment for CLCH patients.
* To ensure all CLCH enquiries are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service to CLCH patients.
* Oversea logistical services to our CLCH clinic, ensuring all orthotic products are available for the patient appointment.
* Assist RNOH in administrative duties when required
In addition, you will:
* Analyse and bring about improvements in processes and working practices
* Log and manage the NCR process – including reporting into central manufacturing and liaising with the technical team in house and Leeds
You will need excellent attention to detail and systems process improvement techniques and be able to facilitate activities working with our production, logistics, customer service, finance, The London Regional Orthotic Team, the RNOH Clinical and Admin team. This is a part time role working 4 days a week across 3 sites; Oak Lane Whittington, Watling Clinic and RNOH.
