Description

The role of Group Parts Manager will involve:

Overseeing the parts distribution department and ensuring efficient operations.
Ensuring the coordination and delivery of parts across the UK.
Implementing and monitoring inventory control measures.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets set for the department.
The training and recruitment of staff.
Travelling to other depot locations.
Budgetary responsibility.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinating with the servicing department to ensure the required parts are available.
Managing the parts/stores team and promoting a positive work environment.
Reporting on department performance to senior management.Profile
