Long Term Futures is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join a specialist education setting in High Peak (SK23) for the new academic year. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students with profound learning needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs
Set clear learning objectives and structured lessons to promote student progression
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring high expectations for all students
Use assessment effectively to track progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Encourage positive behaviour and support students in developing independence
Collaborate with a supportive team to provide high-quality education and careWhat We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in teaching, ideally in an alternative provision or SEND environment
Knowledge of working with students with profound learning needs
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
