DFT Engineer
Salary: Up to £100,000
Location: Cambridge
Working Environment: On-site (1day WFH / week)
 
The company is developing cutting edge camera technology and are involved across the entire product development process, from inception through to mass production. Their technology is integrated into flagship smartphones, drones, wearable devices and other consumer products and following continued success, they are looking to bring another Senior Digital Design Engineer into the team.
 
As a DFT Engineer, you will be taking responsibility for the creation of a comprehensive DFT plans and driving their implementation. You will play a crucial role across all aspects of design for testability activities, including scan insertions and validations, BIST, MBIST insertions and validations, ATPG, IP tests and Pattern Validations.
 
Key Requirements:

Experience in the creation and definition of ATE/DFT strategy.
Experience in ATE bring-up and production support.
Strong experience with ATPG / MBIST.
Experience with Synopsys/Cadence/Mentor industry standard toolsets. 
Desired, but not essential:

Previous experience of EDA tool specification / procurement
