Job Title: Structural Biologist
Contract position 
3 - 6 months initial duration + extensions
Full remote / outside IR35 (UK based)
Our client is an exciting start-up in the Pharmaceutical sector. We are seeking a skilled Bioinformatician who is proficient in using AI tools such as AlphaFold, RosettaFold and Boltz OR other AI-powered tools for structural predictions and conducting advanced molecular simulations.

The ideal candidate should:
- Possess a solid background in structural biology.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using AlphaFold, RosettaFold, or Boltz, along with docking and modeling techniques.
- Have experience with molecular dynamics simulations and related computational methods.
- Be capable of analyzing complex datasets and performing high-throughput screening.
- Be experienced with Slurm, R, Python, and AWS.
- Have the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
