Our client is a respected developer and contractor who specialise in city centre residential developments with a strong focus on sustainable and eco-friendly practices

They are currently seeking to recruit and experienced Site Manager to join their team on a £10m residential project

This pivotal role will support the Project Manager in the delivery of a city centre development, which comprises a steel frame block, traditional houses, and commercial units.

The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the high standards that our client is known for.

The ideal candidate will have;

Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with a main contractor

Strong understanding of construction processes

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices is an advantage

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to site management

Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
