Job Description
I'm working with an established, multi-national service sector organisation in Central London who are looking to add a Dynamics 365/ CRM Support Analyst to their team - supporting the day to day operation of their business critical CRM system. This is an interesting opportunity for an enthusiastic support professional - offering a brilliant team culture, great benefits and fantastic growth prospects for progression internally.
This hybrid role is offers a mix of home and office working, with modern offices based in Central London.
Role & Responsibilities
1st/ 2nd line troubleshooting/ support on Dynamics CRM/ 365 CE
Assisting in project related tasks such as requirement gathering/ analysis, testing, training
Ensuring support tickets are analysed/ resolved in a timely manner
Providing excellent support service to users both on-site and remoteSkills & Qualifications
Proven experience supporting Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE systems
Ability to technically support Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM (1st/ 2nd line) across multiple versions
Broad modular/ industry exposure - ideally sales, marketing
Confident communication skills, written and verbal - comfortable in a candidate facing environmentBenefits
