Position: Parts Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.

* Provide expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and product information.

* Process orders via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate service.

* Maintain a well-organized parts inventory and ensure all stock levels are managed effectively.

* Liaise with suppliers to order parts as required and track delivery timelines.

* Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth coordination of parts needed for repairs.

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, aiming for quick resolution.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the parts department.

* Keep up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and automotive industry trends.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a parts sales role, ideally within the motor industry.

* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Proficient in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.

* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
