Edwards & Finn is proud to be working with this exciting national hospitality management and consultancy service. This forward thinking, rapidly expanding business is looking for a dynamic, solution orientated Regional Director of Sales with a passion for Meetings & Events.
The Regional Director of Sales will focus on implementing sales strategy and revenue growth across the portfolio of properties in the Midlands.
The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills and experience of leading a strong, proactive sales team.
Responsibilities:
· Senior leadership of the group sales operation
· Identify new business opportunities locally, nationally and internationally
· Collaborate with the wider commercial team to plan and implement sales strategy, budget processes and sales direction
· Take ownership of the Meeting & Events segment for the group, build and maintain key relationships, drive conversion and support onsite operational teams
