Are you an experienced Construction Buyer with a background in fit-out projects? Do you excel in supplier account management, material procurement, and subcontractor negotiation? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage supplier accounts, ensuring strong relationships and efficient delivery of materials.

* Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services for fit-out projects.

* Collaborate with project teams to forecast requirements and maintain budgets.

* Negotiate contracts to secure the best value without compromising quality.

* Work flexibly, splitting your time between home and our Central London office.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Construction Buyer, ideally in the fit-out sector.

* Strong track record of managing supplier accounts and procurement processes.

* Familiarity with subcontractor procurement and contract negotiation.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Availability to start immediately.
