Role Overview
As Property Manager, you'll oversee a substantial portfolio while leading initiatives to enhance service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Portfolio Management
Managing a diverse portfolio of (Apply online only) properties
Conducting comprehensive property inspections
Overseeing maintenance and improvement projects
Managing contractor relationships and quality control
Ensuring compliance with all property regulations
Client Relations
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Handling complex property management issues
Providing expert advice on property improvements
Managing end-of-tenancy processes
Conducting rental valuations
Operational Excellence
Implementing property management best practices
Maintaining detailed property records
Managing maintenance budgets
Ensuring legislative compliance
Coordinating with internal teams
Essential Experience & Skills
* Minimum 3 years' property management experience
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant legislation
* Experience with property management software
* Proven track record in client relationship management
* ARLA/NAEA Propertymark qualification (or working towards)
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Strong organisational and time management skills
